Mini Christmas Photoshoots at the Luddenham Christmas Tree Farm

Get ready to capture the magic of Christmas and share it with your friends and loved ones at the Luddenham Christmas Tree Farm by scheduling a Mini Christmas photoshoot with us!

Each Photoshoot session lasts 15 minutes, giving you ample time to capture some beautiful memories!

We suggest you bring matching or festive outfits to add a personal touch to your photos and enhance your experience.

We will have a selection of props available to use on the day to enhance your sessions.

We are pet friendly, provided that your pet meets the requirements outlined in the t&cs.

Details of Package:

  • Bookings are for 1 x 15 minute session for a group of up to 6 people.
  • If you have more than 6 people attending, YOU MUST BOOK ADDITIONAL SESSIONS to ensure that the service can be delivered to you. Please keep this in mind when booking your package to avoid disappointment on the day.
  • You will receive 5 Digital images via a private link (print ready). Please note that we do not offer printed or framed photos.

    Terms & Conditions

     

    1. GROUP SIZE AND TIMING

    A booking for 1 x 15 min session will accommodate up to 6 people and will last for fifteen minutes. Your time will be on your booking confirmation, and it is your responsibility to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your session time.

    If your group exceeds 6 people you will need to double or triple book sessions in succession to ensure that there is enough time to take photos of all participants, and your service cannot be provided if you exceed the number of allowed participants.

    1. ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

    Due to the Farm terrain, the venue is not easily wheelchair accessible, but may be possible, same should be discussed before booking.

    1. IMAGE DELIVERY

    You will receive 5 of the best images selected by the photographer for each session booked. Digital files will be sent via email link approx. 3 days after your booking.

    1. BOOKING PROCESS

    Booking is easy! Simply read the t&c’s and then book via the booking link, and once payment is made the booking would be secured.

    1. CANCELLATION POLICY

    The session booking fee and any admin fees incurred are non-refundable as once a booking is made resources are allocated to accommodate your request and other bookings are turned away can gift your booked session to another family for this year should you no longer be able to proceed with a booked session.

    1. PET CONDITIONS
    • No dangerous or wild animals.
    • All animals must be on leash at all times when on the property.
    • Owners are responsible for their pets at all times.
    • BYO waste disposal bag for cleaning up after your pet.
    • Waste must be taken with you and not placed in onsite bins.
    • Aggressive dogs must be muzzled at all times.
    • Animals exhibiting aggressive behavior will be asked to leave the property.
    • No refunds will be provided if your pet does not comply with these conditions.
    1. CANCELLATION POLICY

    Your session booking fee is non-refundable. This fee secures your time with us and covers the setup costs for the Christmas Photo Sessions. A significant investment has been made to provide this experience, and while we hope to photograph many happy families, we may only just recover our expenses. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds on booking fees.

    In the event that you are not able to attend your booked session, as a gesture of goodwill you can choose to nominate another family or friend group to take your booked session/s.

    If you’d like to attend your session at a different time, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that this is not guaranteed due to limited availability.

    1. FARM CONDITIONS

    Please be advised that your photoshoot will take place outside on a rural farm setting, as such farm conditions apply at all times during the duration of your visit including uneven and sloped terrain, dangerous and venomous snakes may be present, dangerous and venomous spiders and insects may be present and grass, mud and dirt may be present and you will be outside, so appropriate outdoor precautions should be taken by all participants to ensure their safety whilst on site, as no responsibility is taken for accidents or incidents that occur on site.

    1. CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS
      Participants are advised to have fun with their attire, consider costumes, matching outfits or themes for a fun and cohesive look, but make sure to take into account farm conditions and wear suitable footwear, as heels / wedges or strappy shoes could pose a tripping hazard.

    Clothing may not be obscene or inappropriate e.g. no full or partial nudity, no obscene words or explicit imagery on clothing worn.

     

    1. LATE ARRIVALS
      Please ensure that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your session  and are ready for your session, late arrivals will not be entitled to a refund or a reschedule and may be cancelled, and we cannot go past your allotted shoot time.

     

    1. CHANGE OF MIND
      Please choose carefully, as refunds will not be permitted for change of mind, the service on offer is for a limited package only available on a limited basis, so any cancellations would result in a forfeit of payment made.

     

    If on the day any participants are uncooperative or do not want photos taken, we are unable to offer a refund / reschedule or extend a session time, however we will do our best to ensure that everyone, including the little ones, has an enjoyable experience.

     

    1. COPYRIGHT RETAINED
      Please note that we retain copyright of all images taken, and while photos may be shared and displayed for personal use, images taken and shared with you cannot be used for commercial purposes without our express prior written consent to do so.

     

    1. SHARING OF IMAGES

    1. SHOOT TIME VS SESSION TIME

     Please note that the actual shoot time is shorter than session time. Your shoot time could be reduced if you are late; all sessions will end within the time allocated as a courtesy to the next booking. If you fail to show up to your session you will need to make another booking and make payment for same.

    You must ensure that your attendees are fully dressed and groomed before you arrive, as there will not be time or facilities to do so before you arrive, it is your responsibility to be ready on time for your session time.

    1. EDITING INCLUDED

     Mini Christmas Photoshoots are edited to improve colour, contrast and tone. We DO NOT apply advanced retouching techniques such as removal of blemishes and bruises, dirty shoes, nose mucous, wardrobe malfunctions etc. Please bring wet wipes to clean little faces before photos. The Photographer culls the images and provides the best from your shoot.

     

    1. WHAT TO BRING

    We recommend bringing snacks / drinks and sun protection as you will be outdoors, and little ones can get hungry and thirsty and become uncooperative.

    1. RESCHEDULING

    In the event of extreme weather or conditions outside of our control, that means we are unable to provide your service as per the original booking, you will be contacted to organise a new date for the photoshoot booked to take place, date will occur within the same Christmas season of the original year of booking. A refund would not be applicable in the event that rescheduling needs to occur, and instead, you will be contacted to find a suitable mutually agreeable time in which to reschedule.

    1. BEHAVIOUR AND DECENCY POLICY

    While on site participants must at all times follow the directions and instructions of the photographer and their crew, in the event that participants are rude, aggressive or engaging in dangerous or unsafe behaviour, then your photoshoot session will be terminated, and you will be made to leave the premises and will not be entitled to a refund, as such behaviour is not tolerated under any circumstances.

    1. MISC

    Please note that waivers may be required to be signed, and Photo ID required.

     

    While on site participants must ensure that they do not engage in obscene / inappropriate or indecent activity including wearing clothing or making gestures that would not be acceptable by the photographer.
